



















Indo-Dutch teakwood glass front cabinet

A Dutch colonial cupboard made of solid Birma teakwood. It has an overhanging top and carving on the freeze. The double doors with fifteen glass panels each, open to reveal an interior with three shelves.
The base of this unique cupboard houses two compartments behind four, small doors with wooden pulls. The cupboard stands on 6 legs, connected with stretchers. The three hind legs are square, whilst the three front legs feature the typical Dutch colonial style, bulbous top and end in small bun feet.
