Anglo-Indian Mahogany Cash BoxMid 19th century
A British colonial cash box made from beautifully grained mahogany. It is both strengthened and decorated on all corners, sides and top with brass banding. The box opens to an interior with three storage compartments. The two lidded compartments are placed at the sides.
The box has a brass lock on the front and a brass carrying handle on the top.
