Anglo-Indian Rosewood Display CabinetMid 19th century
A nice British colonial display cabinet in rosewood with a moulded cornice. The cabinet has two sliding doors with the original pull handle grip; they open to three shelves. The lower section has two drawers fitted with the original drawer pull handles against a solid back plate. The cabinet stands on four bun feet.
The cabinet is in good condition and has been lovingly restored to its former glory using a traditional form of French polishing and waxing.
