Pair of Anglo-Indian Mahogany ArmchairsMid 19th century
An elegant pair of British colonial upholstered armchairs made from mahogany. The chairs have a scrolled arm rail and fine decoration to the arm support and crest rail. The chairs are supported by two cabriole front legs with carving on the knees, terminating in a peg foot and square back legs that are moderately racked. The chairs have been newly upholstered.
The seat height is 40 cm (16”).
