Anglo-Indian Rosewood Console TableLate 19th century
A British colonial rectangular rosewood console table with thumb moulded edge above a nicely shaped apron with a finely carved central flanged scallop shell. It stands on four Queen Anne style cabriole legs with shell and pendant bell flower carving to the knees ending in pad feet.
The table is in good condition and has been lovingly restored to its former glory using a traditional form of French polishing and waxing.
