Anglo-Indian Teakwood Dining Table with 8 ChairsMid 19th century
A good size British colonial dining table and a set of eight spoon-back chairs made of teakwood. The top of the table, with a moulded edge, is beautifully figured with a carved and serpentine shaped apron. The cabriole legs end in a scroll and terminate in a peg foot.
The set of chairs consists of 8 dining chairs without arms with re-upholstered seat and back with a quality off-white fabric finished with double piping.
It is very unusual to find a large dining table with all the original chairs still present.
