British Colonial Teakwood Barrister Bookcase

A British colonial four sectional barrister style bookcase in teakwood. It features four bookshelves with a glazed door to allow the spines of the books to be read. The books can be accessed by an “up and over” door mechanism. The bookcase stands on four small feet that end in a brass cup.
The bookcase is in good condition and has been lovingly restored and finished to its former glory using a traditional form of French polishing and waxing.
