An antique British colonial mahogany chest of drawers with a beautifully figured rectangular moulded top. Eight short drawers of equal size, all with the original recessed brass handles. The drawers with dovetail joints and are flush fitting. The chest features brass corner mounts at the front and stands on a plinth.

The chest is in good condition and has been lovingly restored and finished to its former glory using a traditional form of French polishing and waxing.
