British Colonial Teakwood Cylinder Desk
Late 19th centuryAn antique British colonial teakwood cylinder desk with a rectangular moulded top with a gallery and a cylinder fall front. The top opens to reveal a fitted interior which consists of several pigeon holes and two drawers with brass handles. Beneath the writing slide, a pedestal with three equal sized drawers with wooden pulls.
The desk is in good condition and has been lovingly restored and finished to its former glory using a traditional form of French polishing and waxing.
