British Colonial Mahogany Pair of Plant Stands

Late 19th to Early 20th Century

SGD 3,000

The columns are anchored by stepped and moulded bases, which provide excellent stability and add visual weight to the design. The warm, rich finish brings out the depth and character of the mahogany wood, and visually enhances the barley twist columns, typical of late 19th to early 20th-century British Colonial furniture. These plant stands would be well suited for elegant interiors, adding architectural interest and historical charm to any space.

These plant stands are in good condition and have been lovingly restored and finished to its former glory using a traditional form of French polishing and waxing.
