British Colonial Teakwood Cradle Coffee Table
Late 19th centuryAn original child’s cradle transformed into a coffee table. The octagonal teakwood frame consists of a flat teakwood base with twelve interconnected bulbous balusters. In between each baluster are two supports. The piece stands on eight legs and the solid beveled glass top has been tailor made.
The cradle is in good condition and has been lovingly restored and finished to its former glory using a traditional form of French polishing and waxing.
