An antique British colonial teakwood writing box with brass ornaments at the corners of the lid. The interior is divided into compartments and has a writing surface that when lifted conceals more storage space. The interior of the hinged lid is fitted with horizontal splats for paper storage. The sides with brass carrying handles.
