British Colonial Teakwood Apothecary Cabinet
Early 20th centuryAn unusual British colonial teakwood apothecary cabinet on stand. It features twenty-five similar size drawers. Each drawer is fitted with the original brass pull cum brass label holder. The chest rests on a base that stands on four square feet that are connected with an H-stretcher.
The cabinet is in good condition and has been lovingly restored and finished to its former glory using a traditional form of French polishing and waxing.
