A British colonial rosewood nest of tables which consists of three small tables which neatly slide together. As with all nest of tables they increase in size, allowing the
three smaller ones to be hiding away inside the largest table. The edges of the top with gadrooning and each table stands on elegant tapering, fluted legs ending in a collared peg.
The tables are in good condition and have been lovingly restored and finished to its former glory by a dedicated team of craftsmen. Specifically they use a traditional form of French polishing and waxing. The Indian rosewood that this antique nest of tables has been made of has a naturally occurring dark shade with a striking grain.
