A beautiful British colonial box made of cedar wood, expertly and profusely relief carved on the four sides with foliate design and intricately carved Gandharva’s (celestial musician). This amazing box is truly the work of a master carpenter who included symbols of messengers from the gods and protection for its owner.
The box is in good condition and has been lovingly restored and finished to its former glory using a traditional form of French polishing and waxing.
