Anglo-Indian Teakwood Glass Front CabinetMid 19th century
A British colonial teakwood step back cabinet in two parts with a moulded cornice above a deep frieze.
The upper section with a large glass panel flanked by a pair of glass doors, opening to two shelves.
The deeper lower section also with a large glass panel flanked by a pair of glass doors, opening to one shelve.
All doors with nice tear-drop brass pulls. The cabinet rests on a plinth with diamond shaped feet.
The cabinet is in good condition and has been lovingly restored and finished to its former glory using a traditional form of French polishing and waxing.
