A British colonial rosewood and white cedar rectangular box in the form of a book. The box opens to a fitted interior with three small compartments with sliding cedar wood covers and a bigger compartment at centre. With original key and working lock.

The box is in good condition and has been lovingly restored and finished to its former glory using a traditional form of French polishing and waxing.
