





















Pair of British Colonial Mahogany Corner Chairs
Mid 19th centuryA pair of British colonial mahogany corner elbow chairs with an arched crest back rail, two pierced splats on the sides, turned baluster uprights under the arms and a shaped apron. The legs are turned and end with a ring and a peg foot. The hand caned seat and back have been replaced in a pattern typical of the colonial period. Seat Height 48cm (19″)
The chairs are in good condition and have been lovingly restored to its former glory using a traditional form of French polishing and waxing.
