British Colonial Rosewood Coffee Table

A stunning antique British colonial coffee table with a rectangular mahogany top framed in rosewood, the deep freeze with a carved, scalloped apron. The table is supported on four reeded cabriole legs, the knees carved with foliage and terminate in an impressive claw foot. A new, tempered glass top further enhances the stunning look of this piece.
The table has been lovingly restored and finished to its former glory using a traditional form of French polishing and waxing. The Indian rosewood that this piece has been made of has a naturally occurring dark shade with a striking grain.
