A beautiful and solid rosewood British colonial occasional table with a round top featuring a deeply carved border edge of vine foliage. The centre has additional foliate with beautiful cedarwood inlay. The table is supported on three carved elephant head legs that feature cedarwood tusks.

The table is in good condition and has been lovingly restored and finished to its former glory using a traditional form of French polishing and waxing. The Indian rosewood that this piece has been made of has a naturally occurring dark shade with a striking grain.
